Eller Construction Company, LLC has been operating in Shelby and Fayette County and surrounding areas for over 16 years. Owner Derek Eller has overseen the construction of more than 100 homes during that period that widely range in size, value and finishes.
With an initial focus in the custom market, Derek established his reputation by maintaining high standards in delivery and maximizing results for the homeowner’s budget. He is committed to implementing proven processes that guarantee the quality his customers have come to appreciate. These processes start with early creative support, scope definition, budget validation and continue through execution, risk management and warranty support. Derek has had the opportunity to serve multiple repeat customers and considers the opportunity to build homes a privilege.
