Eller Construction Company
Eller Construction Company, LLC has been operating in Collierville and the surrounding areas for over 13 years, with owner Derek Eller having personally overseen the construction of more than 80 homes that range considerably in size, value and finishes.
With an initial focus in the custom market, Derek established his reputation in the construction business by maintaining high standards in delivery while maximizing results for the homeowner’s budget. He is committed to implementing proven processes in building that guarantee the quality his customers have come to appreciate. These processes start with early creative support and scope validation and continue through execution, risk management and warranty support. Derek has had the opportunity to serve multiple repeat customers and considers the opportunity to build homes for families a privilege.
“This is some place I would live with my family,” he says. “I can envision the whole thing, the community, and I believe in it so much.”
While Derek takes great pleasure in building for families, he considers building for empty-nesters and others who wish to downsize lot and home sizes to be an exciting next step for his company. A look at Piperton Preserve’s master plan — homes with a smaller footprint that make exceptional use of the space as well as its farm-like setting, low taxes and proximity to city conveniences — and Derek was on board. “This is some place I would live with my family,” he says. “I can envision the whole thing, the community, and I believe in it so much.”
Until Piperton Preserve, Derek only built custom houses – he has a particular affinity for kitchens, indoor and outdoor – but was sold on the plans for the 2 and 3 bedroom homes that would comprise this suburban subdivision. “It kind of reminds me of areas of Nashville and we’ll be the first to offer that kind of community here.”
